NOTE: In item #2 of the below Plea Agreement, please note that “community control” is synonymous with “house arrest.” The defendant already served 1-year on house arrest in his current home state of Georgia after being arrested in September of 2021. As of this October 13, 2022 Plea Agreement with the State of Florida, he will serve an additional two years on house arrest.
